Whether with family, friends, colleagues, or a significant other, relationships are a huge part of our lives. Making sure those relationships are healthy is essential for our well-being.
Shula works with individuals and couples to help them identify and address challenges in their lives head-on. With a focus on relationships, intimacy, and communication, she helps people create opportunities in their lives by approaching challenges with curiosity, rather than fear. She finds purpose in helping people build better relationships with others through supporting their most important relationship—the one with themselves. In addition to coaching, Shula has spent the last decade studying human behavior, with an M.A. in Psychology from the New School University and an M.P.H. in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University.
