Think compassionately about yourself and others with this daily exercise.
Close your eyes and picture a loved one. Slowly say the following to yourself: "May they be free from suffering. May they be safe. May they be healthy. May they be peaceful and at ease."
Next, picture yourself in your mind's eye. Repeat the phrases again, to yourself.
